Best Civils Limited is managed by Sam Best IEng MICE CMEngNZ (Eng. Technologist) IntET(NZ) MInstD who is an enthusiastic and highly motivated Civil Engineer, who is accredited with the Institution of Civil Engineers and Engineering New Zealand, with over twenty-plus years of experience in the Civil & Construction Management industry in the UK and New Zealand. His project experience includes pumping stations, heavy civils, structures, highways, building and aviation sectors. He is highly organised and efficient and can quickly adapt to a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.

He uses this experience not only to enhance the lives of those in the community but also to inspire the next #FutureEngineers

His business partner Lance Vale has been in the construction industry for over twenty-plus years building high-quality properties through his company Coastal Homes in Northland. Together they hope Best Civils can offer a "one-stop shop" for any residential Design and Build projects.

It is also the company's objective to specialise in engineered systems in the residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors by working in harmony with Tailor Engineering NZ, the design company of engineered solutions that Sam Best also manages.
